Sophie Shirley shines as she takes to the ice after her time as a player on long-term injured reserve. Shirley was injured back in January during practice. In her returning game, the Fleet took the win against Seattle with a score of 3-0, and then another win was secured against Vancouver with a score of 2-0. Defender Olivia Zarufo has been placed back on the reserved list.
The Boston Legacy have officially partnered with JetBlue Airlines! According to the official website of the Boston Legacy FC, “JetBlue will work closely with the club to provide a comfortable, seamless travel experience that allows athletes to focus entirely on gameday preparation and performance. The agreement also integrates JetBlue into the matchday fan experience through in-stadium signage at home matches and features within the club’s away travel content series.” What an exciting move for the club!
