The Boston Fleet continue their win streak to five consecutive wins against the New York Sirens.

On Wednesday, Dec. 17, 2025, the Boston Fleet defeated the New York Sirens 2-0 at the Prudential Center, scoring both goals in the second period and earning their fifth consecutive win.

The first period was evenly played, with both teams generating chances but neither able to capitalize. Boston recorded seven shots on goal, while New York led with eight, but goaltenders Aerin Frankel and Kayle Osborne kept the game scoreless through the opening 20 minutes.

Boston broke through in the second period at the 5:27 mark on the power play. Forward Ella Huber scored her first PWHL goal, assisted by Haley Winn, to give the Fleet a 1-0 lead. Just over four minutes later, at 9:46, Liz Schepers doubled the advantage, finishing a play set up by Jamie Lee Rattray and Megan Keller to make it 2-0.

The third period saw New York push offensively, outshooting Boston 12-7, but the Sirens were unable to get past Frankel. Despite multiple power-play opportunities for New York, Boston’s penalty kill held strong to preserve the shutout.

With the 2-0 victory, the Fleet improved to 5-0 on the season. Boston will look to carry its momentum into its next matchup, continuing the road trip to Minnesota. The game starts at 8 p.m. EST, playing at Grand Casino Arena in St. Paul.
