Since 2018, Greenwood has been a part of the USA Women’s Baseball Program. She was on the USA Baseball National Development Roster/Top 40 and then made the Top 20 National Team roster in 2023, where she still remains.

Greenwood worked with a variety of youth programs and clinics to grow the interest and development of the game. She has helped coach and scout talent for the MLB GRIT: Girls ID Tour, while also working with the Baseball For All nonprofit as a Board Member.

Recently, Greenwood was hired to coach at Vassar College! But before that, Greenwood worked with the Philadelphia Phillies organization. For roughly two years, she was the Minor League Development Coach with the Jersey Shore Blueclaws. With this team, she was the catching coach and worked with fellow coaches on gameplay and planning.

In November 2025, Greenwood was announced in the WPBL draft as she joined Boston’s team as a catcher! As stated by the WPBL, “Greenwood bolsters Boston’s catching corps. A New England native, she offers defensive stability, strong game-calling and depth at one of the most demanding positions on the field.” Recently, Greenwood was officially signed to the Boston WPBL team.

Beth Greenwood is a successful, well-rounded and resilient person, coach and player. All of her experience will be critical to her gameplay, offering the Boston team her skills and mindset, which make the game. Good luck, Beth! We here at WotNe are excited to see you on the field!
